Policies

General Health Precautions

Due to taking additional precautions through the pandemic, these guidelines are still in effect for this personal care space:

*PLEASE do not attend your appointment if you have any symptoms of illness*
1. Your appointment space will be cleansed, sanitized and disinfected prior to your appointment.
2. Please arrive to your appointment alone. No additional guests are permitted.
3. Please text when you arrive.
4. Please avoid using cash. We will ask you to pay in one of two contactless ways.

As your service provider I will use all precautions I am aware of to keep you safe. Please note, due to the nature of this virus there is a possibility of exposure. In booking an appointment you are stating you are aware of this and will not hold Blush Hair Spa, Jocelyn Rhodes, or any affiliates responsible for such an occurrence.

Booking an Appointment

ONLINE BOOKING
Each guest will be prompted to enter a card number when booking online. Your card will be charged the day of service. You will receive an email confirmation at the time of booking, as well as a text reminder two days prior to your appointment.
Please note... you may reply only via phone call or email for any appointment modifications. Text reminder is one way only.

Running Behind?

Although it is understandable that things may occasionally come up... please note if you are running more than 15 minutes behind you may need to reschedule your appointment. This is to ensure everyone's appointments may be accommodated on time for the remainder of the day.

Reschedule, Cancellations & No Shows

In order to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you are required to provide a 24hr notice. For example... if your appointment is at 3pm Thursday, please call to cancel or reschedule by 3pm on Wednesday. A fee of 30% of your appointment will be applied if this 24 hour notice is not received. Additionally, if you do not supply a 24hr notice and do not complete your appointment, you will be charged a no show fee of 50% of your booked service. Please note, after two rescheduling of a single appointment you may be asked to cancel until your schedule permits.

100% Satisfaction

If you are not 100% satisfied with your agreed upon services, please contact us within 48hrs. While refunds are not provided, we will do everything possible to correct your hair. Redo services must be booked and completed within 10 days from your original service.

Product may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
